Temporary National Ordinance amending the National Ordinance for the remuneration of political authorities , the Reimbursement regulation travel and accommodation expenses Council of Ministers and the Reimbursement regulation travel and accommodation expenses Members of Parliament (Temporary National Ordinance on the amendment of the employment conditions of political authorities) (Parliamentary Year 2020-2021-141)

This draft aims to lower the employment conditions package of Members of Parliament and Ministers by 25%. From April 1, 2020, a 10% reduction will be applied to the employment conditions package of political authorities, consisting of no longer granting the monthly representation allowance, discontinuing the monthly allowance for transport costs and a reduction of the remuneration till the 10% reduction has been achieved. This draft also provides that from July 1, 2020 an additional reduction of 9% will be applied to the remuneration of political authorities and that the vacation allowance will be reduced by 6%.
