National Ordinance stipulating the Budget for Country Sint Maarten for the service year 2021 (National Ordinance Budget 2021) (Parliamentary Year 2020-2021-148)

This draft aims to, in accordance with article 100, paragraph 1, of the Constitution of Sint Maarten, establish the budget of the country for the service year 2021 and to grant this national ordinance retroactive effect up to and including January 1, 2021. Sint Maarten has had to adapt its policy to the new reality and is trying to control both the effects on public health and the economy.
