Presentation by and discussion with the Ministry of Finance, regarding the Ministry’s position on the use of cryptocurrency as legal tender on St. Maarten, as well as any planning and execution efforts by the Ministry on the legal use of cryptocurrency by Government and the private sector, including the required steps by Government for Country St. Maarten to realize fiscal gains through cryptocurrency (IS/929/2021-2022 dated May 23, 2022)
