National Ordinance establishing the annual accounts for St. Maarten for the financial year 2012 (National Ordinance establishing accounts 2012) (Parliamentary Year 2016-2017-096)
This draft intends to implement article 100, paragraph four of the Constitution and in accordance with Chapter 4, paragraph 4, of the Compatibility Ordinance to adopt the annual accounts of the country by national ordinance in order to relieve the ministers regarding the financial policy pursued by them and management.
