Plenary Public session of Parliament regarding Examination credentials and admission deputy Member of Parliament & several Draft Laws concerning unusual financial transactions

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a Plenary Public meeting on March 27, 2019.

The Plenary Public meeting which was originally scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2019, but was not continued due to lack of quorum has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 11.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of Justice will be present.

The agenda points are:

  1. Examination of credentials and admission of deputy Member of Parliament for Member of Parliament T.E. Heyliger in accordance with article 50, paragraph 3, Constitution (IS/755/2018-2019 dated March 20, 2019)
