Central Committee meeting of Parliament regarding the National Ordinance rectifying a technical omission in the National Ordinance of June 26, 2017 amending the Sanctions National Ordinance to implement recommendation 6 of the Financial Action Task Force without delay to implement the restrictive measures and some technical legal adjustments

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a Central Committee meeting on, August 28, 2020.
The Central Committee meeting is scheduled for Friday at 10.00 hrs. and will be held in a virtual setting. The Minister of General Affairs and the Minister of Justice will be in attendance.
