National Ordinance to adopt the annual accounts for Sint Maarten for the financial year 2011 (Parliamentary Year 2013-2014-043)
In accordance with article 100, paragraph 4 of the Constitution, and in accordance with Chapter 4, paragraph 4 of the Compatibility National Ordinance, this draft aims to establish the annual accounts of the country by national ordinance in order to relieve ministers in respect of their financial policy and management.
