This draft aims to correct some undesired consequences of previous changes to the National Ordinance to promote land development, the National Ordinance tax facilities industrial enterprises, the National Ordinance 1999 Sales Tax and the National Ordinance turnover tax 1997 and amendments related to the introduction of the private company in the Antillean legal system as well as the freedom clause in the National Ordinance Sales Tax 1999 and the National Ordinance turnover tax 1997, with the provision of exclusive rights in respect of a number of activities in the port area.
