Public meeting of Parliament regarding several National Ordinances

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will sit in a Public meeting on Thursday, March 31, 2022. The Public meeting is scheduled for 14.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of General Affairs, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labor will be present.

The agenda points are:

  1. Ontwerplandsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening ongevallenverzekering en de Landsverordening ziekteverzekering in verband met het aanpassen van de loongrenzen (IS/597/2021-2022 d.d. 24 februari 2022 (Zittingsjaar 2021-2022-157)

 

(National Ordinance amending the National Ordinance accident insurance and National Ordinance health insurance with the adjustment of the wage limits)

 

  1. Ontwerplandsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening identiteitskaarten in verband met de toevoeging van identiteitskaarten voor geprivilegieerden, gelieerd aan intergouvernementele organisaties (IS/442/2021-2022 d.d. 12 januari 2022) (ZJ 2021-2022-154)

 

(National Ordinance amending the National Ordinance identification cards in connection with the introduction of identity card for the privileged in connection with the addition of identity cards for intergovernmental organizations)

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations. All persons visiting the House of Parliament must adhere to the house rules and all health and safety protocols, including the wearing of a mask.
