Biography
Sarah A. Wescot-Williams is a seasoned political leader and one of the founding figures of modern St. Maarten governance. She has served as the country’s first Prime Minister, long-time Member of Parliament, and leader of the Democratic Party. With decades of experience, she is widely respected for her contributions to constitutional reform, women’s leadership, and nation-building. In Parliament, she remains a steady voice for good governance, democratic values, and social progress.
